To make a return, please email us at info@plantaid.com with the following information in the email body: your email address used for the original order and your order number found in your confirmation email, the order number included in your original package and the reason for your refund.

If you are unsure of this information, please call us at 833.756.8243 and our customer experience team will be happy to assist you.

Once you have completed your return request, you will receive a pre-paid return label emailed to you.

  • Print the pre-paid return label.
  • Affix to the outside of your package. Be sure to remove or cover any existing labels on the package.
  • Drop your package off at your local pickup and drop-off location. Check your label to confirm the carrier before dropping off.

You have 7 days from receiving the pre-paid return label to ship your package. If the package is returned beyond that, you may have additional fees or your package may be returned to you.

We make returns as easy as possible. We accept returns for full refunds within 30 days. To be eligible for return, merchandise must be returned unworn and unwashed with all tags and original packaging attached.

Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE. 

Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

A flat rate return shipping fee of $7 will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are processed within 3-8 business days of receiving your items.

Please allow 5-7 business days after the refund has been processed for the funds to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.  The processing time is dependent on your bank or credit card provider. If you have any question regarding the settlement of your refund, we encourage you to contact your bank or credit card directly.


We accept exchanges within 45 days. We’re happy to waive the $7 return shipping fee and this will be credited back automatically.

Sale merchandise can be exchanged within 7 days.
